Production capacities
Within the processing centre we have an OMFS transfer machine for processing of water meter casings with processing capacity of 15000 units on monthly level. Inside the foundry we have production capacities for production of ingots (blocks) of non-ferrous metals, as well as a spectrum analyzer for checking of percentage quantities of the elements constituting the alloys, which enables us to perform serial production.
Production capacities
We are the only local producer of brass water meter casings:
Horizontal water meter casing in dimensions from 1/2“ to 6/4’’
Vertical water meter casing in dimensions from 1/2“ do 3/4“
As part of the system of mechanical processing we also have a CNC processing center constituting of four CNC lathe (Mazak, Citizen, Hyundai) and CNC milling machines (Haas).
After years of experience and constant search for innovations, we can assure you of safety and quality of each individual product being our mission.
We manufacture all of our products by chill gravity casting, using induction casting furnaces and I.M.R. casting automatic casting machine. Within the foundry we have a laboratory for spectrum analysis of the input material. The material used in casting undergoes multiple analyses so as to ensure that each casting that we produce contains exact quantities of all elements of the brass alloy according to buyer’s specification or of the market where the products are to be launched.
The center of machine processing includes CNC lathes and CNC tool room enabling us to manufacture tools for casting needs, but also to quickly change and correct each of the casting tools.
The remaining part of the machine processing center includes transfer machines and processing centers enabling quick and efficient performance of several simultaneous operations (drilling, milling, sawing, engraving and screw cutting).
In machine processing of water meter casings we use O.M.F.S. transfer machine with processing capacity of 15.000 units on monthly level.
All final products are tested in water, under high pressure. After successful testing, the products are packed and delivered to buyers.
