We produce :
- Brass horizontal water meter casing in dimensions: od 1/2″ do 6/4″
- Brass vertical water meter casing in dimensions: od 1/2″ do 3/4”
- Brass water meter casing valve
- Brass water meter holenders and semi-holenders
We produce water meter casings through chilled casting of brass with sand core in our foundry. The brass that we use in founding is produced according to the buyer’s specification and standards of the market where the water meters are to be launched. The spectrometer that weuse to analyze the alloy during the casting process provides a detailed view of all the chemical elements constituting the brass alloy and ensures uniform quality of each product.
Within the processing centre we have an OMFS transfer machine for processing of water meter with processing capacity of 15000 units on monthly level. Each individual water meter casing is tested under pressure in water prior to delivery. We have obtained ISO:9001 and ISO:14001 certificates.
